Nexus Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 21, 2026

Logic Networks Technologies, LLC (“Logic Networks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Nexus (the “Application”), an internal business automation tool used to support Logic Networks’ QuickBooks Online accounting workflows.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Application collects, uses, stores, and protects information when it connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized OAuth and API services.

1. Scope

The Application is intended for authorized Logic Networks administrative users only. It is used for internal business accounting tasks, including invoice preparation, customer lookup, service item lookup, invoice creation, and related accounting administration.

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the Application. It does not replace the privacy policies or terms of Intuit, QuickBooks Online, or other third-party services.

2. Information We May Access

Depending on the authorized QuickBooks Online company and the task being performed, the Application may access or process:

  • Company profile information.
  • Customer names, company names, billing information, and contact details.
  • Product or service item information.
  • Invoice, payment, sales, account, and transaction details.
  • Accounting metadata required to create, review, or manage invoices.
  • OAuth authorization information, including access and refresh tokens.
  • Technical logs needed to troubleshoot API requests, errors, and authorization status.

The Application does not request access to QuickBooks data that is not needed for authorized accounting workflow tasks.

3. How We Use Information

We use information accessed through QuickBooks Online only for authorized Logic Networks business purposes, including:

  • Creating and managing Logic Networks invoices.
  • Looking up customers and service items.
  • Preparing courtesy, non-billable, or standard professional services invoices.
  • Reviewing and validating invoice details before posting.
  • Troubleshooting API, OAuth, or accounting workflow issues.
  • Maintaining internal business records and audit history.
  • Complying with legal, accounting, security, and operational obligations.

We do not sell QuickBooks customer data. We do not use QuickBooks customer data for advertising. We do not share one customer’s QuickBooks data with another customer.

4. Data Sharing

We may share information only when necessary for legitimate business, support, security, or legal purposes, such as:

  • With authorized Logic Networks personnel who need access for accounting or technical support.
  • With Intuit or QuickBooks support when needed to troubleshoot the Application or API access.
  • With professional advisors, such as accountants, attorneys, or auditors, when reasonably necessary.
  • When required by law, legal process, regulatory request, or to protect rights, security, or business operations.

We do not disclose QuickBooks data to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Logic Networks uses administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect information processed by the Application. These may include restricted access, local operating-system file permissions, protected credential storage, limited internal access, and review of integration behavior.

OAuth tokens, client secrets, and similar credentials must not be pasted into tickets, public repositories, email, chat, or shared documentation. If credentials are suspected to be exposed, they should be revoked or rotated promptly.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including accounting, audit, security, troubleshooting, legal, and business continuity needs.

OAuth tokens may be retained as needed to maintain the authorized QuickBooks Online connection. Logs may be retained for troubleshooting and audit purposes, subject to Logic Networks’ internal retention practices.

7. User Choices and Access

Authorized users may request review, correction, or deletion of information controlled by Logic Networks, subject to accounting, legal, security, and operational retention requirements.

QuickBooks Online administrators can disconnect the Application from the QuickBooks Online company through Intuit or QuickBooks Online app connection settings. Disconnecting the Application may prevent the Application from performing invoice and accounting workflow tasks.

8. Cookies and Tracking

The Application is primarily an internal integration tool. Any public policy pages may use standard website hosting logs or website analytics configured by Logic Networks’ website provider. The Application does not use QuickBooks customer data for behavioral advertising.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Application is intended for business use only and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.

10. International Use

The Application is operated by Logic Networks in the United States. If information is accessed from outside the United States, it may be processed in the United States or other locations where Logic Networks or its service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Application after an update means the updated policy applies.
