RunSheet Privacy Notice

Last updated: September 8, 2026

RunSheet is operated by Logic Networks for authorized business users. This notice covers the RunSheet application, its Microsoft Teams experience when enabled, and related support. Your organization decides which users and business records it authorizes for the service.

Information we handle

RunSheet uses Microsoft sign-in information, including account and organization identifiers, to authenticate you and enforce access. It stores organization and entity membership, roles, invitations and access requests; customer setup and contact details entered by authorized users; settings and preferences; subscription and support requests; and records of relevant changes and security events.

When your organization separately enables a supported business workflow, records may also include work tickets, images, signatures, customer and job details, invoices and associated delivery or export evidence. Such processing depends on the capabilities and permissions actually approved for your organization. The current controlled pilot does not authorize live financial execution.

Optional Microsoft 365 connections access only the resources and operations separately approved for that connection. Installing RunSheet or requesting support does not itself grant access to your organization's mailboxes or SharePoint content. Microsoft sign-in and Teams also operate under Microsoft's privacy terms.

Purpose and access

We use information to operate the service, enforce organization and role boundaries, preserve business history, provide requested support, and investigate reliability or security issues. Authorized organization administrators can manage access and review records within their permitted scope. Support is customer-assisted; the current pilot does not provide provider impersonation of a user's account.

RunSheet uses Microsoft cloud services for hosting, identity, storage and enabled Microsoft 365 integrations. Service providers process information needed for those functions. We do not use RunSheet customer records for advertising or sell them. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

Storage and security

Controls include encrypted transport, restricted application database roles, organization/entity access checks, protected credentials, and access/change records. Browser session storage supports authentication and return navigation. These controls reduce risk but do not eliminate it. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive records in support email.

Retention, correction and requests

Records are retained for service operation, business history, security, and applicable contractual or legal requirements. This pilot does not promise a universal retention period or automatic deletion. Financial, audit, backup and immutable records may require separate retention review; deleting or suspending an account does not necessarily erase those records.

Authorized administrators can request an export or deletion and review the request status. Current exports describe their entity scope, included sections and exclusions; they are not a complete financial-offboarding archive. A deletion request may remain blocked by retention requirements and is not confirmation that data was erased. Contact your administrator or Logic Networks to request access, correction, an export, or a retention/deletion review. We verify authority before disclosing or changing records.

Contact and updates

For privacy or service questions, contact support@logicnetworks.us. If the primary contact is unavailable, contact nbalbi@logicnetworks.us. Include enough information to identify your organization and request, but do not attach confidential records unless a secure method has been arranged.

We will publish changes to this notice here with an updated date. Material changes to processing will be communicated through the service or your organization's administrator as appropriate.
