RunSheet Terms of Use

Last updated: September 8, 2026

These terms describe the current RunSheet pilot operated by Logic Networks. Use is limited to users authorized by a participating organization and to the capabilities approved for that organization. If your organization has a separate written agreement with Logic Networks, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these pilot terms.

Authorized use

Use your assigned Microsoft account and protect access to it. Your organization is responsible for authorizing users, selecting appropriate roles, and providing records it has authority to process. Do not attempt to access another organization's records, circumvent access controls, misuse credentials, or disrupt the service. Notify your administrator or Logic Networks if access appears incorrect.

Your organization retains its rights in the business records it supplies. It authorizes Logic Networks to process those records as needed to provide and support the approved service. RunSheet software and documentation remain subject to their applicable ownership and license terms.

Pilot scope and charges

The current pilot is manually administered and has no live charges. Where a trial is granted, it lasts 14 days. There is no configured self-service checkout or payment vendor, and expiration does not automatically create a charge. Any future paid service requires separately disclosed terms and affirmative authorization; these terms do not authorize payment collection.

Features may be unavailable, suspended, or subject to administrator approval. The controlled pilot does not authorize live financial execution, customer invoicing, payment collection, or accounting posting merely because a record or workflow is available in the interface. Users must review business records and obtain the approvals required for any separately enabled workflow. RunSheet is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal judgment.

Changes, suspension and ending access

Administrators and Logic Networks may restrict access to enforce authorized scope, address security issues, or end a pilot. Cancellation, reactivation, support, export and deletion requests are reviewed and their status recorded; submitting a request is not confirmation that it has been completed.

Ending access does not automatically delete business or audit records. Export availability depends on current authorization and the stated export coverage. Deletion is subject to applicable retention requirements and may remain blocked pending review. Arrange any required business-continuity or offboarding steps with your administrator and Logic Networks.

Availability, privacy and support

The pilot may change or be interrupted while it is being qualified. These terms do not promise uninterrupted availability, a recovery time, certification, or suitability for an unapproved production workflow. A separate written service commitment, if applicable, remains separate.

The RunSheet privacy notice explains how information is handled. For support or requests, contact support@logicnetworks.us; backup contact: nbalbi@logicnetworks.us. Do not include passwords, tokens or confidential attachments in ordinary support email. We may arrange a secure channel after verifying your authority.

Updated terms will be published with an updated date. Material changes to pilot scope or commercial arrangements require notice through the service or your organization's administrator. No change silently authorizes financial activity or charges.
