Who we are and what this policy covers
Logic Networks Technologies, LLC provides technology services to businesses nationwide. This policy covers our public website and business inquiries, customer relationship management, support communications, and opted-in messaging. Customer environments and data we process on a customer’s instructions may also be governed by a service agreement, data processing agreement, or business associate agreement.

Website analytics and service communications
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website use, campaign sources, and successful inquiry submissions. Analytics stays off until you opt in. Advertising personalization, Google signals, and audience sharing are disabled. The cookie notice explains the information and controls.
Microsoft Clarity and session recording are disabled. Our analytics events exclude contact details, form answers, request references, and free-text notes. Do not enter passwords, payment details, patient information, or other sensitive information into public website fields.
Information you choose to send through an approved contact or support channel may be used in our internal CRM to respond and manage the relationship. Starting a service conversation does not enroll you in marketing texts.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded for training, quality assurance, service documentation, security, and applicable legal obligations when recording has been lawfully enabled. We provide a recording notice at the start of a recorded call and obtain any required consent before recording. A statement on this website is not a substitute for that call-level process.
If you do not want a call recorded, tell the representative before continuing so an available unrecorded option or another support channel can be discussed. Access to recordings should be limited to authorized personnel and approved service providers.
Cookies, browser signals, and communications
Optional tracking is off by default. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from reading the website or using its planning features. You can reopen Cookie preferences from every page. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep optional tracking off on this website.
SMS preferences are separate from cookie choices. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP, request help with HELP, or contact us. Email marketing has its own unsubscribe method; necessary service communications may continue through appropriate channels.
Access, correction, deletion, and other rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of information, correct it, request deletion, restrict certain uses, or appeal a decision. We may request proportionate verification for access, correction, or deletion, but do not require identity verification just to turn off optional website tracking.
For customer-controlled data, we may need to coordinate with the customer that determines how the information is used. Privacy rights are subject to applicable exceptions; we explain relevant limitations in our response.
Security, sensitive information, and children
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and service, and limit access to authorized business purposes. No website or communications system can promise absolute security. Use designated secure channels for credentials, financial information, protected health information, or customer system access.
This website is intended for adult business users. We do not intentionally seek information from children under 16 through this website. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review and address it.
External services and changes to this policy
Booking, intake, documentation, project, and support links may take you to another service. Those services have their own privacy and storage practices. Our cookie controls do not change cookies or permissions on another website.
We update this policy when our practices change. Material changes or new optional tracking configurations require appropriate notice and, where required, a new choice. Contact privacy@logicnetworks.us with questions about this policy.
