Before you provide information
Logic Networks uses information you choose to provide to understand your request and communicate with you. We do not sell customer personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Do not enter passwords, payment information, patient records, or sensitive system details into public website fields.

| Service plan request | Name, company, work email, phone, contact preferences, service quantities, device types, backup data estimates, tenant counts, migration needs, notes, and an optional planning guide create a service request. | Draft services and notes stay in this browser for up to 30 days. Sending creates a service request and related document and delivery records. We retain these while needed to respond, manage an active opportunity, or meet documented business or legal obligations. Contact privacy@logicnetworks.us to request access, correction, or deletion. Submitting a request sends it to Logic Networks and triggers the requested confirmation. |
