California residents
This notice supplements the Logic Networks privacy policy. Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, depend on whether the law applies to the business and processing at issue. We provide the website privacy controls described here to visitors nationwide.
We do not sell customer personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, including information about people under 16. We do not use public website inputs to create sensitive profiles for targeted advertising.
Your rights where applicable
A browser opt-out requires no account or identity verification. We honor Global Privacy Control by disabling optional website tracking. A cookie choice is separate from any customer or account-wide privacy request.
- Know the categories and specific information collected, its sources, purposes, and recipients; obtain information in a portable form where required.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information and deletion, subject to applicable exceptions.
- Opt out of sale or sharing, and limit uses of sensitive personal information beyond legally permitted purposes.
- Exercise rights without unlawful discrimination and use an authorized agent where permitted.
Categories, purposes, and retention
The information table in our privacy policy describes identifiers and business contact information; customer/support records and communications; internet activity from permitted tools; message consent records; call audio where recording is lawful; and privacy-request records. Sources include you, your organization, approved service providers, and configured website technology.
We use these categories for the specific inquiry, service, relationship, quality, security, and compliance purposes described in that policy. Service providers may receive information only for approved service purposes. We retain it according to the purpose-specific criteria in the policy rather than indefinitely.
Make a request
Email privacy@logicnetworks.us or call 617-982-2070. Explain your request, how you interact with Logic Networks, and how we can reply. For access, deletion, or correction, we may need to verify your identity in proportion to the risk. An authorized agent may need to show permission, and we may confirm authority with you. Do not email identification documents unless a secure verification process is specifically arranged.
Where the CCPA applies, requests to know, delete, or correct are acknowledged within 10 business days and generally answered within 45 calendar days; a permitted extension is explained. Opt-out and applicable sensitive-information limitation requests are handled as soon as feasible within 15 business days. Our local browser opt-out takes effect immediately.
If we cannot fulfill a request, we explain the reason and any available review or appeal process. You may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency or California Attorney General about a concern.
California online privacy disclosures
Our website honors both Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by turning off optional analytics. Third-party tracking does not load merely because you browse. You can review the configured tools in the cookie inventory.
Requests about direct-marketing disclosures under California’s Shine the Light law can also be sent to privacy@logicnetworks.us. We do not disclose customer information to other businesses for their own direct marketing. We update this notice when our practices change.
