WHAT THE SERVICE IS

Reliability you can review.

IT reliability is the ongoing work of keeping the systems your people depend on usable, supported, and recoverable. We bring service requests, infrastructure signals, vendor dependencies, and planned maintenance into one operating plan. The service combines the right parts of managed or co-managed IT, NOC operations, networks, and backup around your environment.

THE WORK BEHIND THE OUTCOME

Connected services.
A clear purpose for each.

We select and scope the work around your environment. These are the areas we consider together when building the engagement.

01

Support with follow-through

Capture employee issues, establish the business impact, coordinate resolution, and document the next step. Repeated incidents become candidates for corrective work instead of disappearing into another closed ticket.

02

NOC monitoring by device type

Scope Windows PCs, Macs, physical servers, virtual machines, and network peripherals separately. Agree which signals matter, who reviews alerts, which hours are covered, and where issues escalate.

03

Planned maintenance

Coordinate supported-system updates, device lifecycle work, and maintenance windows. Dependencies, approvals, user communication, and validation belong in the plan before changes reach your staff.

04

Network and vendor coordination

Connect the internal network, internet, cloud applications, and voice providers to the workflows they support. Keep vendor contacts and escalation responsibilities clear when an issue crosses company boundaries.

05

Recovery readiness

Identify critical systems and data, agree recovery priorities, and plan restore testing. Review backup ownership, retention needs, and recovery dependencies as part of the agreed continuity scope.

06

Visible service improvement

Use service trends and business feedback to prioritize prevention. Monthly reviews connect recurring issues, open actions, maintenance needs, and upcoming decisions to owners your team can identify.

HOW IT WORKS

From your priorities
to a working plan.

  1. 01

    Understand what keeps you working

Start with critical workflows, people, locations, operating hours, and recent interruptions. Identify the systems and suppliers those workflows depend on.

  2. 02

    Agree coverage and responsibilities

Confirm supported users and device quantities, monitoring compatibility, response and escalation arrangements, access, and maintenance responsibilities in your scope.

  3. 03

    Onboard and stabilize

Coordinate documentation, tools, vendor handoffs, and communication. Prioritize known issues, assign corrective actions, and validate approved changes with your team.

  4. 04

    Operate, review, improve

Deliver the agreed support and maintenance, review trends, and update the action plan. Larger improvements move into the quarterly priorities and annual roadmap.

AN EXTENSION OF YOUR TEAM

We own our part.
You see the work.

Logic Networks coordinates the work assigned to us, maintains the agreed operating records, and escalates dependencies. Your team supplies business priorities, a decision-maker, and approvals for changes or investment. An internal IT department can retain selected responsibilities through a co-managed agreement.

BEFORE WE TALK

Your questions, answered.

Can you work alongside our existing IT team?

Yes. A co-managed arrangement defines what your team keeps, what Logic Networks owns, and how support, tools, access, documentation, and escalation connect. We agree those boundaries before onboarding.

Does this include around-the-clock support or an uptime guarantee?

Coverage hours, response commitments, supported systems, and any availability targets are set in your agreement. They are not implied by monitoring alone. We discuss critical hours and recovery needs during scoping.

Do we need to replace all our current tools?

The assessment starts with what you have. Compatibility, ownership, duplication, and operational gaps determine what can remain and what may need to change. Any proposed change is scoped for your review.

What happens after the consultation?

We confirm the useful next step together. That may include a complimentary IT assessment with an agreed scope, a service plan draft, or a focused discussion with your internal IT team. Technical access and implementation are coordinated separately after approval.
