WHAT THE SERVICE IS

Risk with a clear owner.

Risk ownership connects security findings to practical decisions and accountable follow-through. We help identify technology gaps, prioritize them in business terms, and coordinate the agreed remediation and evidence. Cybersecurity, backup, identity, and industry compliance support work together, with your business retaining the decisions about policy, priorities, and risk acceptance.

THE WORK BEHIND THE OUTCOME

Connected services.
A clear purpose for each.

We select and scope the work around your environment. These are the areas we consider together when building the engagement.

01

A shared risk picture

Review the in-scope systems, access, existing safeguards, and business dependencies. Translate observations into priorities with business impact, an owner, and a proposed next action.

02

Identity and access

Review how people receive, use, and lose access to supported platforms. Coordinate agreed account protections, administrative responsibilities, and joiner and leaver processes with your business owners.

03

Connected protection

Bring endpoint, email, network, and cloud protection into the same conversation. Confirm tool ownership, supported coverage, alert handling, and dependencies so gaps are not hidden between suppliers.

04

Remediation with accountability

Record agreed improvements, approvals, dependencies, and progress. Work may include configuration changes, maintenance, process updates, or separately scoped projects, with a clear route for decisions.

05

Recovery and incident preparation

Map critical recovery needs and coordinate agreed restore tests, response contacts, and escalation procedures. Findings from those exercises feed the improvement plan rather than becoming isolated documents.

06

Compliance support and evidence

Coordinate technology safeguards, supporting records, and remediation with your designated compliance owners. Healthcare engagements can include HIPAA readiness support, with responsibilities and assessment boundaries explicitly agreed.

HOW IT WORKS

From your priorities
to a working plan.

  1. 01

    Start with business exposure

Discuss important data, workflows, customer obligations, previous concerns, and the people accountable for security and compliance decisions.

  2. 02

    Establish the current state

Agree the assessment scope and access, review existing controls and records, and identify technology gaps and unresolved ownership questions.

  3. 03

    Prioritize and assign

Group findings by business impact and dependencies. Agree which actions proceed, who approves them, who carries them out, and how completion will be checked.

  4. 04

    Review the evidence

Track agreed remediation and testing, discuss remaining exposure, and refresh priorities as systems and business needs change. Bring major decisions into business reviews.

AN EXTENSION OF YOUR TEAM

We own our part.
You see the work.

Logic Networks owns the technical services and agreed remediation assigned to our team. Your leadership and compliance owners set policies, authorize changes, and decide how to address or accept remaining risk. Other providers retain their contractual responsibilities, with coordination routes made explicit.

AN ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOW

What ownership
looks like in practice.

THE SITUATION

A business has backups but is unsure whether a critical workflow could be restored.

THE COORDINATED RESPONSE

We clarify the systems and data involved, identify the recovery owner, and agree a restore exercise and its scope. The work records the steps, dependencies, and issues found.

THE BUSINESS REVIEW

Leadership receives the relevant evidence and a prioritized list of improvements to consider. This illustrates the operating approach; it is not a claim about a completed client engagement.

BEFORE WE TALK

Your questions, answered.

Is this a security audit or a compliance certification?

No. The consultation establishes priorities and the scope of any follow-on work. Assessments, technical testing, and compliance support are defined separately. We do not present a planning discussion or service package as a certification.

Can you support healthcare and HIPAA readiness?

Yes. We can coordinate technology discovery, safeguards, remediation tracking, and supporting documentation with your designated compliance owners. The engagement defines the responsibilities of your organization, Logic Networks, and other involved providers.

Can we retain our current security providers?

We review existing tools, agreements, and responsibilities first. Where your providers remain involved, the plan should make alert handling, remediation, evidence, and escalation ownership clear between teams.

Can we start with one urgent concern?

Yes. Tell us the business impact and timing so we can identify an appropriate next step. A consultation booking is not an incident-response dispatch or emergency support request; existing clients should use their agreed support and escalation routes.
